Three plans, priced on volume. Every plan includes every Protection Pack, every language and every detection layer — we do not sell protection back to you in pieces. What changes between plans is volume, retention and the operational surface around it.

Start monitoringWhat counts as a "hit"?
One pageview on a protected site. Not one ad slot, not one impression, not one beacon. A page with six ad slots is one hit. We can bill this way because of how the tag reports: a single summary beacon fires per pageview carrying exact counts computed locally on the page — impressions, violations and blocks, broken down by policy — rather than a sample we then extrapolate from. Your invoice is derived from a count your reader's browser actually made. Billing a customer from a statistical estimate is indefensible; we do not do it, and this is why.
What happens if I go over my included volume?
We email you at 80% and at 100% of your included volume, and then we bill the overage at your plan's rate. We do not turn off protection for a billing problem. Past a hard limit we reduce clean-impression sampling and lock report export — the blocking keeps running. Degrading a security control because an invoice is late converts a payment issue into a malvertising incident, and it is your readers who pay for it. That is a product decision, not a courtesy, and it is written down in our architecture document.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Upgrade whenever you like: it takes effect immediately and your pre-upgrade usage is prorated onto the next invoice rather than discarded. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period, so you keep what you paid for. Plan changes happen in our own interface; the Stripe billing portal handles payment method, invoices and cancellation. Annual plans are two months free and are billed up front.
Pricing FAQ
Is there a free trial?
Fourteen days, no card. Because sites start in Monitor, a trial is genuinely useful on its own: you get two weeks of real violation data on your real inventory, each violation priced, whether or not you go on to buy anything.
Do you charge per site?
No. Site counts are a plan boundary, not a line item. Volume is what you pay for.
Do blocked impressions count against my volume?
Only as part of the pageview they occurred on. You are billed per pageview, so a page with twelve violations and a page with none cost the same.
Is there an enterprise or custom tier?
Scale is the top published plan. Above it — unusual volumes, on-premises requirements, custom data residency — talk to us and we will quote it honestly rather than inventing a fourth tier on this page.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Export everything first: reports as PDF, raw violations over the API. On cancellation we stop ingesting immediately and delete raw event data on our normal retention schedule — 90 days for violations, 30 for impressions. Rollups are deleted on request. The audit log is retained for its statutory period and then destroyed.
